Xantech has combined the features of the 795 Zone Controller, the RP41AV Remote Preamp, and the AV61 6-way Distribution Amplifier into one single flat-pack unit. Combined with two Xantech PA640 Power Amplifiers or one PA1235 Power Amplifier, you can easily create a 6 zone audio/video system for your clients.

Features
|
- Zone Control. Six individual IR inputs allow independent zone control of the six built-in audio/video preamps. Compatible with all Xantech infrared receivers and keypads. The same IR system controls all external zone components as well, such as VCRs, laser disc players, etc., using Xantech 282/283 Series mini emitters or 794/797 interface modules.
- Zone Audio/Video Control. Each zone section of the ZPR68-10 contains its own audio/video preamp with remote controlled Bass, Treble, Balance, Volume, Mute and Input Select for up to 8 common sources. Each zone output can be individually pre-programmed to achieve proper tonal balance to compensate for the speakers and acoustics in each zone.
- Common Source Control. Each common source can be IR controlled with the use of external Xantech 282/283 Series mini emitters or 794/797 interface modules. Each emitter output is individually adjustable for high or low IR level.
- Expandability. Six zones not enough? The ZPR68-10 has the capability to link with the EXP9 expansion module for up to 15 zones total ... all with proper audio and video impedance matching.
- Mounting Flexibility. The ZPR68-10 can be mounted four ways: between wall studs, on top of wall studs using a separate flat panel, racked into a standard 19-inch rack using optional rack-mount plate, or freestanding.
- Input Level Matching. The input level for each source can be adjusted with the RC68+ remote/programmer by the installer. This prevents large volume differences when switching between sources.
- COM PORT. Future control capability. RS-232 data signal compatible.
- Global Commands. Allows user to gang all zones for whole house power ON/OFF, source selection, volume control, and mute for a "party mode". Global operation can be prevented in any given zone by using the mute command.
- Status & Control Outputs. An ON/OFF +12 V DC output is provided for each zone output and one for the common outputs. These can drive remote room ON/OFF indicators and/or drive the voltage sensing input on the PA640 or sensing AC power strips for power management of zone amplifiers and common sources.
l RC68+ IR Remote/Programmer. Available separately, the RC68+ includes all the IR control codes necessary for the setup and operation of the ZPR68-10. Normally, the RC68+ commands would be "taught" into Xantech learning keypads, remotes, etc., for eventual use by the client.
- International versions available. Call for additional information.
